About Kelly RyanKelly is a an “adult native” Atlantan, but grew up moving around the country and graduated high school in Paris, France. She is an alumnus of Duke University and has been married to her husband David for 33 years. Kelly began her corporate career as a Luxury Home Appraiser for Chubb Insurance Company in Buckhead, gaining extensive knowledge and interest in the world of homes and residential construction, and later moving into Commercial Underwriting with Chubb. Her sales career took off when she joined Executone Information Systems as an Account Executive, where she was named #1 Account Rep and Rookie of the Year her first year, as well as achieving Circle of Excellence each year at Executone.
In addition to raising three sons, the eldest an officer in the U.S. Air Force, one a senior and flight instructor at Auburn University, and the youngest a freshman at Georgia Tech, Kelly has enjoyed volunteering with numerous organizations: Annual Fund Chair at Sophia Academy, Secretary and Philanthropy Chair in Young Men’s Service League, and various school and neighborhood roles including President of Neely Farm Homeowner’s Association. She and her family have lived in Peachtree Corners/Neely Farm for 25 years.
In 2015, Kelly joined the Keller Williams Chattahoochee North office and, subsequently, The Luxury Properties Group. Kelly’s experience in home appraisal as well as interior design (she was a dealer at the Historic Roswell Antique Market and was in charge of the most recent renovation of the Neely Farm Clubhouse) make property staging her forte. She recently earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations. For fun, Kelly enjoys ALTA tennis, skiing, hiking and spending time with family and friends. She loves working with people and finding a positive outcome for all parties; a win/win for everyone is always her goal!
